To access
voicemail
To access voicemail from your phone line or from an outside line,
dial your 10-digit phone number, during the greeting, press *
on your phone key pad to access the voicemail system.
Please note
it may or may not prompt for your 10-digit phone number again.
But it will prompt for your password to access. Then press 1 for
voicemail messages.
To set
up a personal voicemail greeting / Change password
Access your voicemail system with the instruction above. Then
press 0 for mailbox options.
Press 1 to record your unavailable greeting.
Press 2 to record your busy greeting.
Press 3 to record your name
Press 4 to change password
Call waiting
Call waiting works exactly the same way as it does on any traditional
phone company network. You will hear a beep, and then you can
use the 'hook flash' on your phone to flip to the new call, and
to flip back to the original call. There is no special or non-standard
key sequence to use.

To turn
on / off the following features, simply pick up the phone, dial
the code and wait for the confirmation tone, then hang up to execute
the command.

Call forwarding
Instructions
*72 - Call Forwarding on all Calls Activation
Dial *72,
then when the 2nd higher pitched dialtone comes up, dial the number
you want to forward to and wait for the two confirmation tones,
follow by a stuttered dialtone. That indicates it's active. When
it's active and you pickup the phone you'll hear a stuttered dialtone
as a reminder. Note that the number to forward to can be entered
as a 10 or 11 digit
*73 - Turn
off call forwarding on all calls
*90 - Call forwarding only when busy
*91 - Turn off Call forwarding only when busy
*92 - Call forwarding when no answer (after 20 seconds)
*93 - Turn off Call forwarding when no answer
